REGISTRATION FORM - CONDOBOLIN 2027

PRE: Season enrolments are now open: Please fill in the following form to enrol in our physical culture dance classes in Condobolin. Filling in this form early will help us prepare for the up and coming 2027 season more efficiently. Your expression of interest helps us to guage the number of students in each age group and more efficiently plan out class times. Information for classes in 2027 will be emailed late January.  You will be required to fill in an additional BJP form and pay your registration fee to BjP prior to your registration being complete.  You can sign and pay at one of our scheduled open days or by arrangement prior to class.
